I often think about a neighbor who was telling me about raising her sons with her current wife, ex, and her partner. The kids got 4 moms. There was a sporty mom, a teacher mom, an outdoorsy mom--they had it all covered. Happily married to a man, but that sounds like the perfect setup.

Thanks to a week off of school for Thanksgiving, I'm currently at a kids indoor playground in Portland, and I swear I keep hearing people talk to/about a kid named "Spliff," lol.
