Yesterday I updated my first (and very silly) choose your own adventure game "i will strangle a horse"!

The update brought the wordcount from 7660 to 13500+, and introduced:

>ladder amnesia!
>consequences for knocking on The Farmhouse door!
>stardew valley*

honestly the more i think about it the more sensible this is
if you have a billion dollars you should be legally designated a dragon and any human can adventure against you

I can highly recommend this game having ran an earlier version of it. The new mechanics look a lot of fun too. This is the kind of game you can run with little to no planning. It takes no time to run through the rules and get characters created. I can't wait to run this version on Saturday.

I also watched the new episodes of Stranger Things and have spent some time online looking at reactions and hot takes. However, this is the first one I am sharing.
Also, we watched the first bit of #StrangerThings last night - and, yeah - it's fun. It'll do.

But.

At one point in the show, set in '87, a character refers to another as a "sorcerer" because their powers are innate.

Sorcerers didn't show up till 3rd ed in 2000, not as innate casters.

I was diagnosed with #HIV in 1998, when I was 30.
Many of my friends had died of AIDS. I did not expect to live to 50.
I’m 58 now.
HIV treatment works.
Treatment also makes it impossible for me to pass HIV on during sex.
Ensure HIV treatment for all.
End HIV stigma.

This is why you want trained stage managers.

I remember disarming some fool who was running around with an automatic pistol loaded with blanks at university - unaware that you can still fuck a person up with blanks.
