(This is only scratching the surface, I got more up my sleeve)

Do you ACTUALLY have consent from your ADHD partner?

Think your partner is "always up for anything"?

My newsletter will help you spot the difference between genuine enthusiasm and people-pleasing compliance - because real consent is way hotter than performed agreement.

It's not weird to cry after sex. You know, that overwhelming feeling after good sex, where everything feels too big and too much and you just...cry?

Yeah, that's not weird, or shameful or embarrassing.

Doms need validation, too.

If your dominant partner seems like they're performing it instead of feeling it, my newsletter explains why that happens and how to create space for authentic power exchange.

Trust me, you'll both feel the difference. 😘

Before I became a sex educator, I used to say I was "high maintenance" for having boundaries.

Stop apologizing for needing what you need. Seriously, stop it right now.

True story: I used to think aftercare was just for "extreme" kinks.
Turns out, I was SUPER wrong.

If you've ever felt "too much" after what seemed like "just sex," you're not broken, or weird, or "too much". You're neurodivergent.

Do you ever get frustrated with your ADHD partner? Yeah, my husband does too. We can interrupt you mid-thought and then get defensive when you call us out. It's not malicious - it's impulse control. I got curious...

ADHD hyper fixation is a wild thing.

Sometimes it means reorganizing your books until 4am, sometimes it means spending a year of your life becoming the world's foremost expert on the turkey in a Christmas Carol.

The day after Thanksgiving can be really hard if you struggle with food. Remember: Your ADHD brain encountered dopamine-rich foods + social pressure + routine disruption + possible sensory overload.

You can code for 14 hours straight or write an entire novel in a weekend, but you can't remember to shower or call your mom back. Studies show ADHD hyperfocus can boost productivity and creativity, but

It's American Education Week, and as an ADHDer with two masters degrees (and a PhD soon), I am stunned by how few of my peers share my experience. Only 0.06% of people ADHD hold a graduate degree, (compared to 5.4% of adults without). That's a NINETY-FOLD difference. And even then,

It's American Education week, so let's talk about ADHD in education.

Only 21% with ADHD pursue higher education, and only 5% of THAT group reaches graduation. Studies show that inattention (as opposed to hyperactivity) is the primary driver of academic underachievement in adults with ADHD.

It's American Education Week - did you know that studies show college students with ADHD are three times more likely to withdraw from classes and have consistently lower GPAs throughout their academic careers?

Hey, if you're dreading the holiday season due to mental health, just a quick reminder: you're not required to show up to every family event. You're not required to stay.

Guess who has two thumbs and 0 beds to sleep in because the VRBO I booked for #paxu turned out to be a scam

How did you get into TTRPGs

I wasn't always. Then, one night, I was visited by three ghosts who taught me that I must keep the lessons of the past the present and future in my heart all throughout the year
"how did you get into ttrpgs"

Oh, I was bitten by a radioactive ttrpg when I was younger.

Every year around this time I start dreading spending time with family because of the dumb shit comments they say about me and my body.

The cruelest part of RSD and food comments is that you'll remember that shit for YEARS while they forget it before dessert.

It's American Education Week.

Did you know that research shows 32% of students with ADHD drop out of high school compared to 15% without ADHD, and only 15% of us get four-year degrees compared to 48% of neurotypical peers?
