It was the first game I’d played that encouraged the entire table to offer plot points beyond GM descriptions. Devils bargains, hideous trades, awful compromises that transformed the characters as they desperately attempted to reach their goal.

I’ve been reviewing a LOT of Actual Play footage lately and I’m so tempted to set up dedicated Actual Play Awards purely so we have categories like “best tactical play” “best improvised retort” “best PVP” “best twist” because there’s some God Tier work in these games that needs to be recognised.
