I'm looking for adventure recommendations for Fear of a Black Dragon! If there's an adventure module or scenario you'd like to see us discuss, please let me know in the replies (a link is also helpful)! You can certainly recommend something you yourself have written or published!

Please repost!

The media (and even a few well-known liberal podcast bros) were falling all over themselves to give Trump credit for a “peace deal” in Gaza, and the ceasefire didn’t last even a single fucking day.

It has a lot of heart, the judges seem like they actually care about the contestants, and the drag style is one that emphasizes art, emotion, and Spanish culture.

I'm a huge Mariana Enriquez fan, and her new book, Somebody is Walking On Your Grave, is really outstanding (so far—I'm about a third of the way through). I have rarely felt so connected to an author and their way of looking at the world.

Something weird happened to my computer when I was reading this pdf and I think I somehow switched rooms without leaving the room? Use caution, folks.

I blame @jasoncordova.bsky.social , actually. I wasn't even following him on Twitter at the time, but he posted something about monster combat in Trophy Gold that really caught my attention, which led me to Trophy, which led me to Brindlewood Bay, which led me to The Between, which...

For tons of folks, there was that -one- game that blew the doors open and showed what #TTRPGs could be. The one that started the #IndieGame rabbit hole.

What was YOUR "gateway" indie #TTRPG? The first one that made you realize a whole other world was out there?

Read books. Take walks. Hang out with your friends once or twice a week.

Maybe therapy, if you need a little extra help.

We have the power to shake off the shackles these ghouls want us in.

Also, arguably, *I’m* the one who changed your life.

Over on the local gaming collective discord, Public Access is described as: "For anyone not familiar, that's 'what if Brindlewood but creepypasta instead.'"

Public Access has become one of my all-time favorite TTRPGs. Not just because of the tight gameplay, weaponized-nostalgia, or horror; but because of the incredible community over at The Gauntlet I've found myself a part of for the last 3 years.

Get. This. Game. You will not regret it.

I've been fixated on this game for the last couple of years now. Basically since it launched. I know Public Access like the back of my hand.
So if you like horror TTRPGs you should absolutely take advantage of this.

This game means a lot to me. The first time I ever got paid for TTRPG writing was for this. It's weird and wonderful and you should check it out.

When Darkness Loves Us messed me up.

It got so dark at one point that I assumed I was reading some sort of extended dream sequence and was horrified when an event occurred that made my misapprehension evident.

oh no... oh no, this is actually happening

A rare feeling horror fans chase.

Been playing a mashed up mix of this with Monster of the Week, for some crunchier lovin' oldskool players for over a year. Been loving it.

Some GREAT systems for shared narrative, like the backstory based "Keys" instead of Luck, the Paint the Scene prompts, and the Questions and Answers mechanics.
