My Kindle makes it easy to read with the lights off. As a result, I've discovered that one barometer for how much I'm enjoying a book is how eager I am to hop in bed and knock out a chapter or two.

I've loved everything for Trophy by Ember and Ash so far; can't wait to dig into this.

Lowkey, the speed at which some people hear of a new fantasy setting and immediately go "Where guns?" fascinates me.
I am not terribly opposed to guns in fantasy, but like, maybe pump the brakes, Rambo. Aragorn did just fine without an AR-15.
