We gots creepy characters and furry friends and so many animated figurines with sweet VFX. Also the enemy AI is pretty diabolical, that's on me.

Halloween 2 is not well regarded, and I get it. JC didn't want to write the thing. But this literal jump-scare, where Myers erupts from the MFin' earth like a groundhog predicting 6 more years of unfortunate sequels... has an underrated absurdist charm. Spoilers, obv.
