If the United States is to fulfill its potential to become a โ€œmore perfect unionโ€, in spite of a history of egregious harm to different groups, then we need to learn from that FULL history to embrace what human rights means - that of equity, equality and respect for EVERYONE

Let's do some math.

Amazon:
Front-line warehouse workers earn ~$18โ€“$20/hr.

CEO Andy Jassy earned roughly $40+ million last year.

UPS:
Loaders and unloaders earn ~$18โ€“$22/hr.

The CEOโ€™s compensation? Around $24 million.

Both companies have announced major workforce reductions.

It's not just the industry. It's doing a disservice to humanity.
There is nothing โ€œradicalโ€ about wanting a more equitable city. About wanting to be able to afford rent. About seeing the gap between the rich and the poor growing beyond comprehension. Any mainstream media organization portraying these promises as such is doing a disservice to the industry.

Weโ€™re so proud of everyone who made this happen. Thank you for knocking on doors, making calls, writing postcards, working the polls, and most importantly voting. Letโ€™s have another round tonight! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

And sorry for blowing up your newsfeed today, we promise itโ€™s all for a good cause! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Heโ€™s now calling to end the filibuster after losing every race, from big to small-town seats. Republicans are unlikely to do that; it would be a short-term play with long-term consequences.

Here's another bit of conventional wisdom Zohran completely blew away: His speech was at well above a 10th-grade level. It was complex, erudite, punctuated by deep and fluent references. You don't have to condescend to voters with baby talk! Part of re-establishing norms is speaking like an adult.

This was a Blue Tsunami and a reckoning against Trump and MAGA's failed policies.

AOC, we really need the Democratic party as a whole to use this momentum to discuss impeachment and removal from office of the President. He's defying court orders and starving constituents among dozens of other violations of office and oath.

Talking about this is important. Build the movement.

At the risk of sounding corny, history wonโ€™t remember who stood furthest left or right, only who stood up.

This makes my heart sing, and I hope the only person I've ever dated who has probably voted Republican still lives there to see it.
BIG result, folks:

Bucks County, Pennsylvania, was ground zero for the conservative takeover of school boards & anti-LGBTQ policies in 2021, on the Central Bucks and Pennridge boards.

Dems flipped both boards back in 2023.

Tonight, Dems have ousted *all* Republicans from both school boards.

Georgia Democrats had not won a statewide race that wasn't for a federal office since 2006.

They won two races tonight, both against GOP incumbents.

The margins? 62% to 38% in both.

A #BlueskyLullaby for tonight: Okay, no, this is not a lullaby, not by any stretch of the imagination, but this one is for the Bluesky mood tonight. See you around.

Total sweep for Virginia Democrats! ๐Ÿ’ฅ
Governor: Abigail Spanberger
Lt. Governor: Ghazala Hashmi
Attorney General: Jay Jones

History made tonight.
Even with Trump they will be gone because he has made clear his dystopian vision for the U.S. which is being soundly rejected and resisted by the majority Americans who want democracy not fascism

Tonight's a good reminder: The GOP without Trump -- and he *will* be gone, one way or another -- is not going to be able to assemble a winning coalition. The schtick doesn't work unless he's the one selling it!

Voters might not be happy with the Democratic Party, but this election proves that they know good Democratic candidates and messaging when they see them, and theyโ€™ll show up.

Grow this energy for 2026!

Itโ€™s louder & clearer tonight.
