cameras aren't going to cut it, doris, the police can't be relied upon, you're going to need a private security team. And then of course, they can't be trusted to not betray you, so you're going to need backups and failsafes for them. Can you even trust your own family, really?

i mean the first vaccine was invented in 1796. Very primitive compared to modern (obviously), but it worked by the same principles and saved loads of people from smallpox.

i tried to use AI to help me keep track of my notes for my dungeons and dragons campaign. It invented multiple factions whole cloth, forgot about some player characters and invented new ones, and couldn't remember that the setting wasn't Earth. Why would I use it for something important after that?
