A real president would not declare he will “permanently pause migration from all third world countries” after the heinous action of one person. He’d be capable of recognizing entire populations are not responsible for the actions of one troubled individual—and not act in a reactionary, racist way.

First...HAPPY THANKSGIVING! I hope you're enjoying it in a way that is meaningful to you.

Now...the NO paywall article for the day: It took investigators hours to find the shooter. It took Trump minutes to lie about him.👇

"a Russian military victory in Ukraine is not inevitable, and a rapid Russian seizure of the rest of Donetsk Oblast is not imminent"
and the US officials who keep saying so are repeating Russian propaganda
NEW: Data on Russian forces’ rate of advance indicates that a Russian military victory in Ukraine is not inevitable, and a rapid Russian seizure of the rest of Donetsk Oblast is not imminent. Russian advances elsewhere on the frontline have been opportunistic and exploited seasonal weather. ⬇️🧵

A reminder: Trump 1.0 ordered the Afghanistan withdrawal, and Trump 2.0 granted the shooter asylum this past April. Trump 2.0 also dismantled the joint terrorism task force, and gutted our national security apparatus.

Greg Abbott has bent his views on state sovereignty to accede to the wishes of Trump.

Texas recently joined dozens of states in turning over voter roll information to the DOJ, despite long-standing resistance to federal oversight of state elections.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, Long a Defender of States’ Rights, Embraces Trump’s Push to Expand Presidential Power
Defending Texas sovereignty has been central to Abbott’s political identity. Yet he has helped Trump erode states’ authority over elections, policing and deploying the National Guard.

The realities of Trump aging in office:

He appears to doze off during events.

His public appearances mostly occur during a short window: Between noon and 5pm.

He sits while others stand.

His covers bruises with makeup.

He had an MRI scan that he tried to hide from the public.

Low life imbeciles Trump & Hegseth just gave Mark Kelly a national stage. Here's what the world clearly sees:

Good vs Evil
Hero vs Losers
Intelligent vs imbeciles

They & the GOP just put Kelly on the path to winning the 2028 presidential election.
FYI: “Sedition is trying to overthrow the government with force or violence,” like for example, the January 6th insurrection.

Feeling safe with the six congressional Democrats: Senators Elissa Slotkin, Mark Kelly, Maggie Goodlander and Reps. Jason Crow, Chris Deluzio and Chrissy Houlahan.👇
