Lmao the one person concerned is the Dem candidate and the person who moved from New York. Meanwhile the ones who’ve lived there forever don’t give a shit. Just goes to show the rot that conservatism is in that it transforms you into a mindless zombie pulling the lever for the GOP.

Trump allowed 17 members of the Sinaloa cartel into the US.

In May he commuted the 6x life sentences of the leader of the Gangster Disciples, most notorious drug trafficking & murderous street gang in the US.

Now Honduran drug trafficker Hernandez.

Is Trump setting up his own drug corridor?

This is all true but

1) under no definition are we currently at war with Venezuela under domestic US law

2) since we aren’t, the initial strike was just as much a murder as the follow up

The failure to understand this by a huge range of actors is really driving me up the wall.
If the Venezuelan sailors were enemy combatants, then the 2nd strike is a war crime.

If the Venezuelan sailors weren’t enemy combatants, then both strikes are criminal murder.

It’s that simple.

Funniest British political situation during the Falklands War was that leftist Labour Leader Michael Foot was firmly for the use of force while his solidly centrist Deputy Leader, Denis Healey, accused Thatcher of “glorying in slaughter.”

You people have got to stop saying this kind of thing. I’m sorry that 15 years ago a CS professor said something obnoxious in a faculty meeting but the idea that humanities degrees are “not tied to capitalism” while STEM degrees are is some of the purest bullshit I’ve ever seen in my life.

I’m seriously considering getting one, currently I read ePUBs on my phone and PDFs on my laptop but they’re both full of distractions and hard on the eyes. I did have a Kindle Fire tablet I used for a while (I remember reading the Quran on it) but it had awful battery life and a bad screen.
Why do you think eReaders never took off? They're kind of like VR for me. Amazing in principle, but I just find myself wandering back to the old tech. I just like books. Also, not incidentally, I kept breaking kindles.

NEW: The F.D.A. announced in an internal memo that 10 children died "because of" the Covid shot. Other experts want to see proof.

“This is a profound revelation,” Dr. Prasad's memo said. “For the first time, the U.S. F.D.A. will acknowledge that Covid-19 vaccines have killed American children.”

Trump deported her there.

This abhorrent & disgusting abuse of a woman who saved American lives and cared for injured and ill Americans for 30 years.

All the details below are worse.

Soon small businesses won’t have to wait for Small Business Saturday to get attention from their Mayor.

Some changes that they can look forward to:
