I appreciate this review of my story The Dragon from Palestine-1. The story itself is set in my family’s village of ‘Ayn Karem, but its history is intertwined with the nearby Deir Yassin, sure if the most notorious Zionist massacre of the Nakba.

This is 100% true. A guy paid a million dollars JUST to write the first book about it. Techbros were absolutely convinced it was world-changing.
Younger people who didn't witness it cannot fathom the hype around the Segway. Every news station agreed it would revolutionize the entire social fabric of the Earth. That all future humans would divide history between the savage days of the past, and the soon to be new era of zoom zoom scoot scoot.

Guys. The Democrat got the highest votes in Pocatello’s mayoral race last night. We are looking at a runoff in December since no one hit 50% (five candidates ran) but that’s never happened in our almost-12 years here.
