Tommy M. McGuire (Not that one. Nor that one.)

Coding bum, tetrapod. (he/him)

Bitterly cynical misanthrope. It's always more complicated. I apologize in advance; I tend to get too comfortable.

Called 'weird' by Kevin Kruse.

Those are wise words, indeed.
For the curious, the text
(J'ay souvente fois envie
D'efforcer sans regarder où
Mais je ne peu onc en ma vie
Rompre une anguille au genou)
roughly translates into:
"Oftentimes I feel the need
To power through with my head down
But I can't for the life of me
Break an eel over my knee"

I was introduced to a lovely calming game today, called 'I've comissioned some bees'. Sort of like Where's Wally, but with bees.

And that, your honour, is why I've just spent 45 minutes trying to find the last sodding bee in lovely pieve of art that I now know back to front and inside out.

STOP THE PRESSES: I would like to report, that at 6:47am, in my small city here in Aotearoa New Zealand, a chicken, somewhere in the valley surrounding my home has laid an egg. Chicken is doing fine and is inviting everyone to celebrate this momentous occasion with her. Egg is egg.

Not rude! He has cerebellar hypoplasia (wobbly cat syndrome). Basically when the mum has the panleukopenia virus (parvo in dogs) when pregnant, sometimes one kitten (usually only one) doesn't develop movement centre (cerebellum) properly & comes out wobbly. It's not painful & improves as they grow
I’m sorry I’m new to Smol Paul (but already a fan) not trying to be rude but what is wrong with the little guy? I’ve never seen a cat move like that. 😂

This building, though somewhat derelict, still stands and is supposedly going to be converted into condos. IIRC, the first doses of penicillin administered in Alabama happened here, given in desperation and too late to help the patient.

The players encountered Atali, the Frost Giant's Daughter, in my Hyborian Age #Daggerheart campaign yesterday, and it was great. Made so much better by the Daggerheart game mechanics.
Began as a social encounter, moved into a fight, and then to a desperate race for survival, all seamlessly.
