Yes. DT's people gave the alleged shooter the final ok to be here legally, and this admin put those troops in harm's way as political pawns.
The DC shooting story is really getting to me because we literally trained this man as a child soldier for a death squad in a forever war and Stephen Miller et al want to blame it on other cultures? It's our culture, American culture, that killed that woman.

Stop wasting time pointing out his hypocrisy and work to throw out the racists already.
Stephen Miller is a completely typical fascist, and there's no point trying to reason through his unhinged belief system. It's just a ball of hate. The only thing to do with fascists is stop them.

Worth watching this whole clip. Indistinguishable from Nazi leaders talking about Jews in the 1930s.
TRUMP: If you look at Somalia, they are taking over Minnesota.

REPORTER: What do the Somalians have to do with this Afghan guy who shot the National Guard members?

TRUMP: Ah, nothing. But Somalians have caused a lot of trouble. They're ripping us off.

A sad irony in Washington, D.C., where West Virginia National Guardsmen were shot today. Six days ago, a court ruled their deployment was illegal, but stayed the order pending appeal. My heart goes out to these public servants and their families. oag.dc.gov/sites/defaul...

Context matters. @aftynbehn4tn was protesting a child sex abuser who had admitted it. Now Republicans are attempting to shame her for it.

Has Mamdani already driven out the least-qualified fire chief in the history of New York?

This Adams crony owns “one of the largest security and janitorial service companies” in Israel; he was never a firefighter or emergency response official…but he liked chasing fire trucks when he was a kid.

Ha, the NYC fire chief who just quit was a corrupt Adams appointee:
"Six weeks before Tucker was appointed FDNY commissioner, eight employees of Tucker’s former business made political contributions to Adams on the same day. Tucker has never been a firefighter or emergency response official."

Turns out Robert Tucker, the FDNY Commissioner who resigned yesterday following Mamdani’s victory, has never served as a firefighter or in any other service related position before being appointed by Eric Adams. Just a millionaire with political ties to the equally corrupt Adams administration.

Obedience is not absolute, duty to the Constitution is.

Oath is to defend the Constitution not a person

Yes. U.S. service members have a legal and moral obligation to disobey an illegal order.

Not just the right.
The DUTY.

I just quit on a post I was writing about this sort of thing, because there wasn't quite enough there, but it's worth noting that this sort of thing is unique to Dems, and loser shit/evil, but also stupid. None of these dorks will face ads in their home district re-election campaign about this!
These 20 House Democrats just joined Republicans in voting to fully repeal DC's police reform laws.

Wiping off the books critical laws on use of force, transparency, and preventing violent cops from getting rehired.

They think that they should have more say over DC police than the people of DC.
