Sanders: The American people do not want this country to be an authoritarian society or an oligarchy. We have our differences, that’s what democracy is about—we argue it out. We don’t throw people who disagree in jail. We don’t intimidate the media. We don’t send ICE agents to shoot people.

The problem with your premise here is the reasons why prices are high, and the fact that the president doesn’t actually want to lower them. He’s just terrible at pursuing his maligned objectives.

It’s taking an aggregate of all the current trends and predicting who will take the Senate as a whole.

It was going to be an uphill battle no matter what, but considering how useless Congress has been with Republicans in control, I’d like to see them lose more seats.

They deserve it.
