Threat almost definetly. Theyre basically saying if states dont stomp out the protest they'll withhold federal funds (which isnt that much of a threat since theyre withholding funds anyway).

The day after when DSA was holding its "pro-palestein" rallies in new york I got lectured by like 5 different people about how waving swastikas and photos of Hitler at jewish people wasnt wildly antisemitic.

Real eye opening week for who actually cared about the issue and who wanted to be racist.

1) its an edited image to make an article about middle eastern jewish people making traditional middle eastern cuisine to make it seem like they stole it.
