Also I'm used to Mamdani's telegenicity from the campaign but also something else how *on-message* he is--not taking bait but also sticking with his own issues/framing, all while not coming across like he's cowed or kissing up. Dunno how many Dems could pull that off in a meeting

Trump is a creature of media before anything else and I suspect one thing we're seeing in this (wild!) Mamdani meeting is that nothing impresses/intimidates him like someone capable of generating a competing media phenomenon

Zohran is a generational talent, but I really worry the democrats are gonna take away all the wrong lessons from this, because none of the rest of them can do this.

Gill was paid thousands of pounds to give TV interviews in favour of a key Putin ally and to make speeches in European Parliament, where he was an MEP

There is so much messed up about this front page Express story today.

There's no suggestion or evidence ANY alcohol or drugs was consumed. This is literally just people dancing.

And buried in the piece: "The footage is believed to have been filmed just before Labour took power in July last year."

He's accused of ripping off his constituents to the tune of £140k.

He owes his own council nearly £40k in unpaid tax.

His own council is suing him.

Presumably after last night's success in the fitba, the "chancy doo" has to stay safely in place until victory is assured in the World Cup Final in New Jersey on 19 July 2026, after which it will be remade in bronze as a permanent adornment to the city.

At last, a fearless @thetimes.com enquiry into the Institute of Economic Affairs’ economically disastrous effects and Policy Exchange’s pernicious legacy of division? No, just an attack one of the few think tanks that did not shape Labour’s toxic inheritance.
