Sometimes I wonder if anyone there realizes they have a set-top box with *exactly the same name.* I was emailing their screener site for support using their app on that box, and it was a real Who's on First situation

Ditto with Metacritic. Nothing against them! But don’t email me and ask “did I really think my review was a 40.” I don’t know! If that’s what they thought it was I guess so! If I wanted to put some number or vegetable or alien emoji on my review I’d have done it myself

I have also gotten requests for me *to contact Rotten Tomatoes myself* and ask them to change their summary of my (mixed, I guess) review from rotten to fresh. No thank you! The aggregators do whatever they want over there and I am over here pretending they don’t exist

I don't always reply to the pitches I receive from publicists (because I have a job that I do and if I did, I would never get to do my job). But here is a tip for aspiring publicists: Critics do not "write a Rotten Tomatoes review." No critics do this.

Do CBS News executives understand that MAGA will not be in power forever? I genuinely think this is lost on a lot of people. They've gotten scammed by bad actors into believing Trump's 2024 win represented something seismic and even permanent. I predict they'll look back on this as a serious error.

CBS News current president Tom Cibroski praised Weiss on the call, saying "Bari's energy and passion is infectious and you will feel it, big time." He also added that the Free Press and CBS News "are going to learn a lot from each other...that's what this is all about."
