(It’s almost midnight and cant sleep so time to ramble)
So I’ve definitely had commissions go unfinished way longer than was acceptable so I do get how it can happen but one thing I’ve started doing is keeping my active queue small (rn I’m trying to keep it between 5-10) and then having a waitlist.
