I had to listen to the audio to confirm it, but yes, as troops are being deployed to American cities, as masked goons are disappearing citizens from our streets, as ICE agents are shooting pepper balls at priests ... If men with guns and masks tried to pull me out of my car, I'd fight back. Courts should reject any claims by the government that this is aggression by the person being detained, resisting arrest, or that they're a flight risk.

At 105th chaos erupted when ICE agents allegedly crashed into an SUV. A crowd formed and objects were thrown. Pepper balls were shot into the crowd. Police arrived to try to have dialogue with the crowd when witnesses stated they began throwing rocks at ICE. ICE then deployed tear gas.

Here are the facts: he posed a public safety threat with an extensive rap sheet including violent assault with a dangerous weapon, battery, breaking and entering, destruction of property.
He was in possession of a firearm and 5-7 inch knife when arrested.
