Of course, probably none of them will be convicted of treason anyway. 18 USC 242 can be a capital crime when it causes death though, and some people have indeed died in ICE custody or as a result of deportation.

Treason has been executed by both hanging and firing squad for centuries.

Federal laws defers to the laws of the states where the execution takes place. Both federal death row facilities are in states that execute solely with a single-drug injection of pentobarbital. 1/

(For those who don't know, cryptography code is extremely difficult to write correctly. It can appear to work fine in testing but then leak secrets when an attacker feeds it carefully chosen data. Cryptography relies on keys being secret, not code, so code is shared and reviewed publicly.)

They're also arresting a lot of people with temporary and even permanent legal status, and deporting many of them to third countries they've never been to, often without legal removal orders.

Trump fired anyone internal who might hold them accountable. The best option for now is to keep evidence to use in the future when accountability is possible. Reporting them right now would just make you a target.

The last two times I've taken my kid to the ice cream shop, they've given my skinny kid free sprinkles and an absolutely giant behemoth of a "scoop" with extra ice cream packed on top and all sides, and given my fat ass a minimal scoop. Of course I tipped 20%.

A lot of what passed for maturity in politics was really just respectability politics. Actual maturity would be great, but I don't think I've seen much of that since before the Gingrich era.
