Let me give some insight on this, as a producer in the dub industry who worked with major streamers, who's witnessed first-hand where this push for AI is coming from.
tl;dr: Only CEOs want this. Tell them how much you hate it. Be loud, email, call, @, post. You will kill this.

A company this big can pay human actors a decent wage, not produce slop that intentionally removes the human element.

One of my favorite things about the current Jojo's Bizarre Adventure anime is how the dub always nails the villains. Erik Kimerer as Secco in Part 5 is a standout, a performance every bit as menacingly demented as it is hilariously... well bizarre XD #WeWantRealDubs

To be clear: the "regular" dubbed version is still on Amazon under "No Game, No Life (English Dubbed)", this AI dub shows up under the "No Game, No Life Zero (English Subtitled)" version
So You & I Idol Precure has honestly been a bit of a letdown compared to the last two Precure entries, and I wish it had something to say about the idol industry instead of wearing the aesthetic and calling it a day, but we did get an obligatory male idol cure, so it's not all bad

I can easily think of a bunch of dubs and VA's that I enjoy greatly, but every time I think of "what is the greatest dub performance I've ever heard", one of the first places my mind goes is to the late, great Ed Blaylock as Fuhrer Bradley in FMA Brotherhood.
Amazon has rolled out AI dubbed anime and I’m truly appalled. Like it or loathe it, the medium has a rich, incredible history of English performances. There’s already a million reasons to hate Amazon, but fuck me.

Apparently some of you believe that having characters speak in a foreign language so the audience doesn't know what they're saying somehow makes sense and is good film-making, and I want to know who hurt you.
If you have characters speaking a language the majority of the audience doesn't speak and they turn on native subtitles and the subtitles are [Speaking in Foreign Language], we have permission to sell your children to a witch.

The GaoGaiGar dub was masterfully performed and cast, absolutely capturing the Saturday Morning Cartoon-vibe of the show. Stellar performances from a number of industry veterans like Dan Green and Veronica Taylor. Such a shame they couldn't finish dubbing the series.

8th Man was one of Tele-Cartoons Japan, later known as Eiken (yep, haha)'s first animated series. It is simple, but often masterful in its composition. Matching the English audio to the remastered Japanese footage (there are very few edits!) really makes it pop.

I consider the English dub to Monster to easily be one of the best ever made, even above the likes of Cowboy Bebop, and one of the reasons why is Patrick Seitz's killer performance as Grimmer

The new game "Where the Winds Meet" uses AI chat bots for NPCs. It's really uncomfortable.

Understand that corpos really will lower the bar as low as we, consumers, let them. No standards. This was them testing the waters, no doubt.
