I'm an engineer / scientist / inventor who now mostly focuses on writing & music. Also, I'm a dragon, sort of. And sometimes confused, sort of. From time to time, I shall be posting photos of trees, cats, raccoons, owls, and deer from my tiny refuge of Jeffendell. (Plus some music, possibly.)

I mainly listen to audiobooks while I walk outside + watch TV while I stationary bike. I need to add some weight training with dumbbells & resistance bands, I think. Hopefully I can do it :)))

I have some resistance bands & I just ordered a pull-up bar with it's own adjustable stand. Thinking I can use that big stand / frame for convenient attachment points (for the bands), including high / overhead attachment points. I just need to figure out exercises that would fit with that approach.

Yes, I often lose interest in shows after the 1st season, especially if they're clearly more interested in artificially drawing it out forever instead of bringing the story to a reasonable conclusion.

Even in my kayak, I'm rarely able to approach bald eagles all that closely. However, every now and then, one decides I'm not worth moving for. #birds 🌿

I usually buy a small bag of Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cups for the H once a month. Today I found the price was $7.99 for a 10.5 oz bag.

My brother is a disabled vet who works as security-clearanced govt contractor. He has already been to his bank (USA Military Credit Union) to secure a zero-interest loan. Because a govt shutdown means no salary, no disability, and no VA. He's been thru shutdowns before & this time he's ready.

Thanks! You too! :)) I haven't seen as many deer here lately. Not sure where they've gone. But I do see one or two each day. Just not the 5 to 7 I saw for a while, not even when I walk in the woods.
