I am a ghostly whisper, lost in sky, a stray thought ever fading, stubbornly asking why, wingtips glinting in starlight as through the frozen darkness I fly.
Thanks. I couldn't resist taking a few photos :))

Idk?

I bought cupcakes. That's okay if you have one as dessert, AFTER a healthy meal.

But if you eat one alone, it's basically sugar poison. It causes prolonged harm to your ometabolism. We simply didn't evolve to eat sugar by itself in large amounts.

But a little bit, or moderated by fiber, is OK.

Interesting. Normally only a subset are used in typical key signatures, for instance in the key signature of F the note B is always B flat unless explicitly altered to B natural for specific notes.

So typical compositions don't normally use all the keys. There might be some, but they'd sound weird.

Alternative thought ... Which piano key / musical note has been used the most? :)))

I need to make it into a habit to eat more berries :\

Veggies are really great in terms of fiber :))

I get the Stearmfresh frozen veggie bags. Super fast (6 minutes) in a microwave, and lots of different mixes & selection :))

Super easy to make into the foundation of most meals.

Fructose makes us fat and contributes to blood spikes. Glucose contributes greatly to blood spikes. Table sugar, brown sugar, etc are about half glucose & half fructose.

Much better if any form of sugar or starch, including fruit & breads, are eaten at the End of a meal of fiber & protein & fat.

Sort of. Fruit has fructose, which can't be used for energy by humans since we lack the relevant enzyme. Instead, fructose gets transformed Directly to fat in our bodies. Less fructose will be absorbed if eaten with fiber, protein, fat. Most fruits have some fiber, which is good. Berries are best.
