I think one of the biggest cleavages in our society that no one talks about is the division between those that think powerful people must be held to a higher standard than non-powerful people and those who think powerful people should be flattered and sucked up to.

When George Romero's Land Of The Dead came out in 2005 I thought it was a little bit ridiculous to depict the human survivors as being totally motivated by desire for money, I mean the end of the world was literally happening around them. I don't think it's ridiculous at all any more.
