Nessa and Mari have no patience for doomerism. Mari KNOWS you can rise up and survive this shit, because she did too. If she did, you can.

Nessa wants to see you blossom into your worst self, and fuck over all of these evil creeps who are trying to hurt all of us. She trusts how bad you can be.
Zero tolerance for doomerism. Stop lazily accepting that everything is screwed forever. Stop normalising low expectations. That’s part of the problem & it’s what the bastards want. It’s also a product of privilege. People in more desperate situations don’t have the option to just sit back & shrug.

While I trust the science, I think this means I need to get a pizza in order to test it personally, that's just the responsible thing to do
This is WILD. Scientific American posted about how pizza has less impact on your blood sugar when cold: www.scientificamerican.com/video/why-le...

Refrigeration makes shorter chain starches combine into longer chains that behave more like fiber. So this also applies to rice, pasta, etc!
Scientists Say Reheated Pizza Can Reduce Blood Sugar Spikes—Here’s How
Researchers have discovered that cooling starchy foods—from pizza to rice—creates “resistant starch,” a carb that behaves like fiber and alters your blood sugar response

(This is a very niche nerd thing but I also enjoy pairing Radiogarden with American Truck Simulator, one of my evergreen chill-out games. Listening to a radio station from the place you're virtually driving through adds an extra layer of fun.)

Radiogarden is amazing and I want y'all to know about it. You can hear what people are listening to on the other side of the world, like a mental mini-vacation.
I'm no purist when it comes to participating in things we all know are bad. I try to reduce my harm but I'm an honest hypocrite.
I won't judge you for still using Spotify, just try this rad alternative. I'm listening to music from Dar es Salaam. Where will you listen to? radio.garden/listen/furah...

The fact that a second strike like that in an armed conflict is definitely a war crime should not completely negate the fact that *there is no war* and ALL the strikes are cold-blooded murder. The whole chain of command are murderers.

If you don't realize that kobolds are awesome, you're probably gonna get your shit robbed by kobolds.
Our 8th level party was owned by kobolds who collapsed the 10 x 10 "freight" tunnels and left only the 4x2 ones. They let us leave in only our skins taking all our stuff including the family signets and sword of the two nobles in our party. Then ransomed them back with quests. Kobolds!

Look, if I was a dragon, I'd have kobolds for days. Because they're CUTE. Also industrious, inventive, and GMed properly, can make adventurers' lives absolute hell.
New pathfinder dragon book confirms, dragons keep kobolds just cause they’re cute.

The funny thing is, the entire thing with Cody in the first book wasn't in the original manuscript: the publisher mandated that I write in a hetero romance for Harmony because they didn't believe women would buy the books if there wasn't a dude love interest. Needless to say I hated it.
She definitely could be, she just gives me big 'dates guys because she thinks she's supposed to' energy

They responded to a pic of Superman telling you how good you can be with an AI pic of Homelander, a mass-murdering rapist, telling you to just give up and use AI. And it wasn't ironic or a joke. The literacy bar has dropped under the floor and is somewhere in a third basement
AI people are so fucking dumb they made a response to that post using homelander jesus christ it should be illegal to be this dumb

The Sackler Family has murdered countless Americans and enslaved a magnitude more to opioids. They also haven't faced a single fucking consequence. Any politician who says they're being "tough on drugs" but doesn't make the Sacklers their number one target is straight-up lying to you.

I wrote a book about opioid overdose victims in Ohio and Kentucky.

The doctor who prescribed the pills from a cash-only pain clinic was American; so was the clinic owner. The pharmacists who filled the scripts were American. And the pills were distributed by American companies.
Batya might be just fine with a dudetrustme basis for a terrorist designation, but Americans with a functioning moral compass actually expect a plausible public rationale for who is to be treated as a terrorist in our name.

Rowling made it clear after the Supreme Court decision, they don't just want to win, they also want the rest of us to agree with them AND to apologize for ever having been against them - they're not just evil wankers they're sad little losers to boot
Note how these awful people are getting exactly the exclusions of children that they demanded and *that still isn’t enough for them*: they demand everyone be delighted about it and kiss their arses for being brilliant.
