There are many tactics Republicans can & may employ to try to depress voter turnout and intimidate voters. That said, voter turnout can also be depressed by people preemptively declaring the election is rigged. It takes effort to get to the polls, it doesn't help to tell people it's not worth it.

Facebook has closed Twisted Pixel, Sanzaru, and Armature, and now mass layoffs at Camouflaj. Additionally, I know *for a fact* that Facebook has also slashed second-party publishing budgets, so even studios not explicitly owned by Facebook are being kicked in the unmentionables right now.

I understand, from a cynical tax-first perspective, why a massive corporation would close a studio they own. I do not, cannot, and very probably will never understand how, from the perspective of basic human decency, you don't try to sell the studios first.
