i disbelieve most claims about herbal/essential oil bath additives that aren't just bathing in chamomille tea for soothing. but i will 100% continue to dump "teufelskralle" stuff in my bath whenever my flareup pains get too much. sure, maybe it's just the heat from the bath itself, but i hurt less
