Nameless Woman is one of the most important historical texts of the 2010s, and likely one of the most influential trans books ever written.

While I have my critiques of the book as a short story collection without that context, this remains essential reading a decade after its first edition.

My 23rd book from itch (well... used to be on there) was Transforming Zero by MJ Marlowe, a short horrorotica about a nonbinary person going through a very rough time and the coping mechanisms he turns to. Haunting and heartbreaking.

My 22nd book from itch was Patchwork by Savika, a haunting body horror short about being trans with an unaccepting family and how hard it can be to untangle yourself from their expectations. Loved the ending, it was a very intruiging book. (Will definitely be reading more by the author).

My 21st book from itch was Under Cerulean Skies by Dani Finn, a short satirical piece about the uncessary and draconian bans that were enacted here when trans people dared to wish ill on a certain rich woman. Very fun and I loved the cat!

This book was kind of exactly what I was looking for! A fantastic romance novel with a sapphic trans woman mc!!

And the "postscript epilogue" added just the little extra!

Highly recommended!

Is it valid to be uncomfortable and to have things that trigger your dysphoria as a trans person? YES!

But that doesn't mean you should go after creators whose works/trans rep make you uncomfortable: you work on those feelings by going to therapy, NOT by harassing trans creators. 🙏🙏🙏
