I loved Biuković’s art on Human Target by Peter Milligan. His death robbed the art world of amazing sequential storytelling.

Threatening to arrest and drag you handcuffed to a courtroom is a clear violation of your 1st amendment rights. Contact an attorney and file a federal tort claims act notice. 90 days after that you can file suit. The Trump admin must be held accountable for every civil rights violation.
