Bit of a cliched topic, but hey, weather's finally cold enough here so it crossed my mind: what's your favorite soups and/or stews?

I'm partial to cream of chicken with wild rice for soup, or a classic beef stew (served over egg noodles) for stews (though it's a tough choice for both categories)
