Definitely on point with West Michigan and, as for Wichita, it definitely gets very Plains-y the further west you go.

I'd say Tulsa is more Southern than Midwest but definitely a mix.

This is the most accurate depiction of the Midwest to date. Wichita has always felt like the last Midwest city while also being the first plains city.
