That being said, I would really love to get some laws about the max luminosity of the led lights, a color requirement so they have to be more yellow than white, and a required angle so the cone of light is directed down & out, instead of just directly into the face of oncoming traffic.
Yes, HID headlights are very bright but the bigger problem is the proliferation of gargantuan vehicles with 5’+ hood heights so that if you’re driving a normal sized car their headlights are at your eye level rather than seat level like they’re supposed to be.

The level of violence is why I find Home Alone so hard to watch. In real terms Die Hard is a much more violent movie, but we rarely see the victims suffer (except John McClane).
