This isn’t the best written season of Slow Horses, but it is still very enjoyable. And it’s somewhat quaint (and annoying) to have to wait for weekly new episodes - haven’t watched a series in that way in a while.

I enjoyed ‘Accidental Saints’ by Nadia Bolz-Weber quite a lot.

If you’re open to a crossover spirituality / recovery book, one that helped put my faith in context of my program - I recommend Richard Rohr’s ‘Breathing Under Water’. He did a podcast with Brene Brown that might be a good intro.

I have a YouTube link my sister sent of her reading a children’s book to my kids at Christmas time in a Santa hat when she was too sick to visit us. I need to download an offline copy somehow, because I don’t want that to ever go away.

I used to be really into racing in my 20s and spent a lot of time and money being super irresponsible about it back then. Fast forward, 16 years, post sobriety, post Covid, and I decided I could indulge in a hobby like that again. This time in moderation, and with a reasonable budget.

Had a fantastic day 2 at the Shamrock Mountain Hill Climb in Manchester, KY today and brought home second place in class. Just out of the top 20 overall with some seriously fast cars and drivers. Great event!
