Finished these first episodes in batch one of Stranger Things Season 5 tonight. Glad they weren’t this gory in season 1-2 or the kids would have never watched. I’m still a bit surprised.
Oh, the writing and acting is waaay off this season, even by their usual campy standards.

It’s never really been an issue for me that my folks drink when they’re here and even keep bourbon and wine in a cabinet downstairs. But good Lord, there’s a point in the evening when a switch flips and the aggregate volume and vibes go from chatty glowy to holy shit why are you so loud, CHILL.

Turkey is on the smoker, brussel sprouts are being quartered, frozen cranberry salad cups have been in the freezer since last night, and I'm having a cup o' beans and some interneting before tackling the stuffing. Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends that live in a shiny rectangle in my pocket!!!
