Friiiiiday. Arm Day. I still suck at delt flies and lat raises. Fine other than that. Didn’t seem to aggravate my elbow too much today. Onward to a bigass breakfast and some Christmas decorating.

It’s Wednesday, my dudes! Leg day! Felt pretty good the whole way through the workout, except when my heart rate sustained above 180 for a bit, and I got dizzy during the forward weighted squats. Exercised in alt text. Had to walk it off for a second before getting back to it. Onward!

Tuesday! Forgot to start my watch until about a third of the way into Push/Pull camp today. It’s been a week or 2 since I was last there, between travel and a family crisis I won’t get into. Good to sweat through some stress and anxiety today and feel like I’m starting Tksgvg break on a good note.

Tuesday! Forgot to start my watch until about a third of the way into Push/Pull camp today. It’s been a week or 2 since I was last there, between travel and a family crisis I won’t get into. Good to sweat through some stress and anxiety today and feel like I’m starting Tksgvg break on a good note.
Wednesday! I’m on a 3 day streak for the first time in a month or so. Leg Day. And it was a good one. 150# and 120# dumbbells made appearances. Not mad that I’ll be missing tomorrow’s Athletic Conditioning, as it sounds like a doozy, but glad that I pushed tonight. Apple Watch still glitching.

Wednesday! I’m on a 3 day streak for the first time in a month or so. Leg Day. And it was a good one. 150# and 120# dumbbells made appearances. Not mad that I’ll be missing tomorrow’s Athletic Conditioning, as it sounds like a doozy, but glad that I pushed tonight. Apple Watch still glitching.
Mmmm something definitely wrong with my Apple Watch. I have done zero exercise/activity so far today and it’s already closed my move Ring and logged this so far today. Time to reboot it and maybe recalibrate.

Tuesday! Upper body strength. You guys… I think my Apple Watch may have had a glitch yesterday when I forgot to turn it off for a bit. 🤣🤣 Anyway, it was arm day, and I tried to ignore my elbow gripes and go heavy/strong throughout, and it worked for the most part.

Monday! MetCon. Yuck. I suuuuck at MetCon and this one was no exception. Rapid ups and downs make my head swim, so I had to walk off the floor a few times to catch my breath and keep from puking. Came back to finish after each pause and wrapped with a couple laps around the lot to cool down. Onward.

Tuesday! Leg / Lower Body Strength day. All good. Really happy with the workout and felt good getting a full session in without breaks or crashing out. Though I did cramp in my calves on my 2nd set of hamstring curls, which has been more common for me lately. Need to hydrate better and stretch.
