concerning epidemic of bros leaving barbells loaded at the gym lately. today a bro went to use a bench that had been left loaded; he unloaded it, proceeded to do all his sets, and then left it loaded himself. who raised you!!!!

forgot my normal socks so I had to do squats in my handknits (and the ones that are too big for me, too). toastiest sets in some time...wouldn't recommend

barbell overhead press the first week after my period is amazing. I feel like Xena. everything is weirdly light. could practically lift a car over my head (aka maybe a few more of my rinky-dink little 2.5lb plates, shh)
