I've been in the industry longer than I like to admit to people because my progress (title/responsibility-wise) has been very slow. (I learned a shitload at my last job, but they routinely told me I was bad at it and operating like a junior lol) So it's validating to be like ... oh right. I am good.

this is more economic and less doom, but a friend of mine used to play in this battle of the bands for Ontario civil servants and the band names were always amazing, but my favourite was The Invisible Hands
