The Admiral commanding the fleet in the final confrontation played the German commander in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, who goes off the cliff in the tank.

The skipper of the HMS Bedford in those scenes is Pip Torrens, who played Tommy Lascelles in the first seasons of The Crown

If the Next Republic maintains the same Constitutional text, Congress is going to have to use its jurisdiction-stripping powers to prevent the Supreme Court from limiting the scope of Congress’s power to act under the 13th, 14th, 15th, 19th, 24th, and 26th Amendments.

The 80s revival of “Chicago” is outstanding. Pretty sure you can get the soundtrack from the usual streaming sources.

For a really deep cut, I found the LP of the original Broadway cast, with Gwen Verdon and Chita Rivera in the female leads and Jerry Orbach—Lenny Briscoe himself—as Billy Flynn
