Speaking as a corporate lawyer, it seems rational that you’re simply filling out a form to memorialize the true verdict, ie the grand jury vote itself. That’s clearly NOT RIGHT — although I wouldn’t have know that without reading @robinsloth.bsky.social and @kenwhite.bsky.social and other commenters
She'll just amend the form to show it refers to count one, and print a new indictment on the other counts for the foreperson to sign. NOTE: THIS IS EXTREMELY STUPID AND NOT HOW INDICTMENTS WORK.
