Saw the most perfect fly agaric in a green space at the parking lot today
I gave it a nice pat for being a good mushroom(it was surrounded by other mushrooms that had been kicked or moshed so I’m glad it survived the brutality) along with other species similar to them

When I was reading JP and read about the dilophosaurus hooting my immediate thought was how barred owls hoot cause it’s a creepy sound to hear in the dark, and better than the little cute chirp hoots you hear in the movie. Imagine an animal 5-6 ft tall at the hip making this sound in the forest

I’ll make it a bull or a boar next time, this is much more interesting than a tomato and strawberry(even though there’s some history behind that shape) I’m going with the more fun Victorian lvl of pin cushion. I also stuffed the pack of sawdust from the tomato into the insides of this guy

Fuck I still have my laptop I got back in 2010, it struggles to boot, but it still works. I will hold my electronics till they drag ass and even then well after, this whole capitalism in tech has been horrid. I miss when I could build a desktop for $500 and hold onto it for 10yrs or so…
