I've kind of been low-key rooting for ManU to put 5 consecutive wins together just for the sake of the poor Hair Guy. (Who also deserves a full makeover, TBH) But there's a chance they could go above Liverpool in the table on points. Conflicted!

I think Liverpool simply have a collective case of the yips. Probably a combination of Jota’s tragic loss on the back of the title, expensive newcomers, fatigue of the modern schedule & expectations. No way out but through, and they’ll be stronger for it on the other side.

Kid2 has always been extremely picky eater, like scared us when young b/c we worried about malnutrition. Pasta is one of the only reliable things they will eat. Tolerates butter & a bit of olive oil. a dusting of Parm. This shit was just dumped out of the colander. Kid2 would send this back.

One thing I have no patience for is "there is nothing to be thankful for" doomerism. If Americans were finding things to be thankful for in 1863, two and a half years into a bloody Civil War, when Abraham Lincoln formalized the Thanksgiving holiday, then I can find things to be thankful for too.
