The CEO of ChatGPT is blaming a teen’s suicide on his failure to follow the terms of service:

Adam Raine, 16, told ChatGPT he was suicidal and the AI bot told him his feelings were valid and even provided suggestions and detailed instructions.
OpenAI says teen's 'misuse' of ChatGPT is to blame for his suicide, because he broke the TOU: 'Users must comply with OpenAI's Usage Policies, which prohibit the use of ChatGPT for suicide or self-har...
The lawyer presenting Adam Raine's family calls the response "disturbing" and I have to agree.

A person rolled their car into my teenage son a fortnight ago. It was broad daylight and the driver was looking down while their car was rolling forward. I know, because I was yelling, trying to get their attention. Drivers who don't see us are often not looking.
My son hasn't cycled since
👀 Can you see me now?

The importance of visibility on our roads cannot be understated, particularly for vulnerable road users including pedestrians, cyclists, e-scooter drivers and motorcyclists.

How much will our health sector, which relies on immigrants so much, and an economy as open as Ireland's, suffer when this happens here?
What did I tell you?

Jim O'Callaghan is looking to charge refugees for sleeping in tents and doesn't seem to think careers should have family members with them.

It sounds like he wants FF to become Ireland's version of Reform.

I'm still unsure of how the National Broadband Plan was put together, but Watt was wrong.... 5G is still rubbish/patchy in many towns...

"Watt joined others in arguing that 'cheaper technologies' such as mobile 5G were inevitably going to supersede fibre – a prediction that now looks foolish"
Ireland is about to complete a major multi-billion € piece of critical infrastructure on/under time and on/under budget.

You read that correctly.

NBP, maligned and scorned, will finish ahead of schedule.

How on earth did we get it right? What lessons?

Saying we cannot have universal supports given to everyone doesn't tally when all hospitality businesses are getting the vat cut.
