Why can't I manifest money this easily? Or a new bike?! Why is it only cats?!

It's slow, but roundabouts in Ireland are FINALLY changing to a safer design. Here's a new roundabout in Piltown, Co Kilkenny.

It's not perfect, but its a start.

If in a parallel world the allegations against Nigel Farage were criminal eg historic sexual offences, I’d say the breadth and consistency of testimony would be enough that prosecutors would most likely charge him & believe they had a decent chance at conviction.

Hold on. HOLD ON.

Are you telling me that when fascists get what they want that they don’t stop but instead they keep coming and keep demanding more fascist things? Even new things that this time might affect people you care about?

How could we ever have known this?

This is spot on from Jennifer Carrol McNeill -- it's great to see a Government minister reject "culture war" nonsense:

75% of *all* Reform donations *ever* have come from just three rich men

I think it's also very interesting that these security sources can tell us with total certainty these UFOs were "military-style" and "very expensive" but don't/can't say if they were quadcopters or fixed-wing configuration.

What a lede on this story: Man who complained about narrowing a road in order to protect pedestrians, so much that the city eventually reversed the change, then kills a woman on that very road with his car www.washingtonpost.com/business/int...
America’s plan to protect pedestrians failed. A young woman’s death reveals why.
U.S. officials adopted Europe's Vision Zero initiative, but many cities have seen an increase in pedestrian fatalities despite efforts to improve road safety.

Shovel-ready Luas and Dart projects delayed “to free up funding for more roads”
The Government is delaying shovel-ready public transport projects such as Dart+ South West and Luas Finglas in order "to free up funding for more roads", the Green Party's transport spokesperson, Cllr Feljin Jose, has claimed. He said that this is a "disaster" that large new areas of housing in Dublin -- including a development of nearly 900 homes approved in Adamstown today and the major housing project at Poolbeg -- were being left without the promised transport links, forcing more people into cars on the capital's congested roads.
