all the best windows software in history is called something like "joe's thing doer". it does the thing and nothing else and is available on a html website in plain text and takes up under a megabyte of space and uses default windows ui elements and will work until the heat death of the universe

We did ranked choice and charter reform in Portland, and now instead of City Council being Teargas Ted and 4 ghouls funded by property management firms, we have a council with as many socialists as bootlickers, and they just decided to give 2 million to city parks instead of to the police.

Lots of good lessons from yesterday's election but I think one of the top best lessons is ranked choice voting enables systematic change. We need it everywhere. Ranked choice at the local, state, and federal levels. Ranked choice in post offices and cafeterias. Ranked choice on supermarket shelves

I made a live Google Trends API if anyone needs one bc PyTrends stopped working:

It has actual search terms unlike the Google RSS feed and doesn't cost literally $75/mo like SerpAPI's :)
