We know OSS contributions are about more than just code, but no platforms are successfully tracking varied contributions.
I wrote code for @npmx.dev yesterday to “get my stats up” which in retrospect was silly given everything I’m doing behind the scenes. These graphs never tell the full story.

I’ve always been on the fringes of open source but after being thrust into the @npmx.dev community exactly one week ago, I can firmly conclude that this is the stuff that has always powered The Internet and it must continue at all costs.

so i had mouth surgery this week and whilst it hasn’t been as awful as having a wisdom tooth extracted i still feel very discombobulated and i have one more surgery in a few months and i just wanted to say hi and the discombobulation will be worth it

for job-related blog posts i’ve become accustomed to using american spellings for words like “synchronize” after working for american companies
except now i question whether words like “laser” are actually spelled “lazer”

Sometimes even the smallest of fixes make a difference!
