Midtown Greenway closure between 5th and Bryant has begun on schedule today, for Nicollet Ave bridge demolition. Please be careful on the detour, especially cycling westbound.

(If you can use the stairs at Stevens, it's only closed between Bryant and Stevens!)

Ah. Well, I think it does. I haven’t proven it. I think FAA would be unhappy if phone manufacturers weren’t giving their customers the ability to actually turn off the radios. But FAA regs just say passengers have to turn off the cell phone.

There should be similar documentation out there for other phones

I do think that's a particularly painful spot. If anyone wants to sit at that corner with a train horn to alert drivers of westbound cycling traffic, I can supply equipment (camp chair, train horn, hi-vis, hearing protection) and take a shift or two.
