“You couldn’t even teach this at marketing school, because it’s just, like, a one-off phenomenon,” one staffer says of the shop's series of incredibly viral glory hole videos. And while there are probably a few other reasons you couldn’t teach it in marketing school, the point stands!
No Hole, Just Glory: Smitten Kitten Turn Sexy Rumor Into Joyful Viral Moment - Racket
The Lyn-Lake sex shop is all about giving the people what they want. And what they want is glory hole cornhole.

I did! The bees get super satiated on the tithonia at the end of the season. Two of them were napping when I was taking photos and the third one flew in for a cameo.
I know, but there’s so much empty/disappointingly-filled commercial real estate. I fear three years from now it’s all insurance offices and chain sandwiches. I can’t help myself from hoping for better, but I’m also braced for the “well, what did you expect, dummy?” if it turns out poorly. :/
This feels like a late-night “wouldn’t it be so cool if…” conversation, but I can’t help hoping it will come to pass.
What's the future, real and imagined, of the United Village development around Allianz Field? Plans call for a French bakery, Italian pizzeria, acre-sized flower garden, lover's/family-style ice rink, modern art, and maybe a daycare, housing and more twincities.com/2025/10/10/p... via

This feels imaginary, but I can’t help being hopeful.
The look on your face in this photo gave me literal joy-goosebumps. You ARE the heart-eyes emoji! 😍

I am increasingly convinced that the feeling of being unable to focus, procrastinating and being addicted to scrolling are often actually the feeling of being desperate to learn something new and difficult. To let your brain chew solid food.

are you asking enough of your brain?
scrolling addiction is actually a sign you're desperate to learn new things

Saturday: Met up with fellow members of the Reading Glasses Discord at Tropes and Trifles.
It was a 2.5 hour ride on his e-bike.
You are one of my favorite parasocial friends and I’m angry you have to deal with this. I love how you keep deliberately noticing good things while not turning away from the hard stuff.
Friday: Adam & Kristin’s elderly neighbor lost his son this year, so he hasn’t had help for his yard. The three of us worked on it this afternoon. Mr. Otis said he feels like he has “a new lease on life.” My bones are angry but I am full of joy that I was able to use my body to help someone today.
Thursday: The Anxious Gentleman.
Do you mind if I post this in the HM FB group?

This Saturday is the last Loons home game of the season and we want to put it to good work.
Listening House is a fantastic resource for our unhoused neighbors in StP. Please think about making a special trip for some clothing donations. Or donate money!
Tuesday: Why, what do *you* find when you’re looking for a good highlighter at work?
Monday: I didn’t sleep well, but someone did just fine.

A MESSAGE FROM THE VOID

YOU DON'T NEED PERMISSION TO FLY

THE WINGS ARE YOURS AND THE SKY BELONGS TO NO ONE

DESPITE WHAT SOME MAY HAVE YOU THINK

YOU ARE ENOUGH
Sunday: Celebrating a friend’s birthday at a yarn shop: I am doing life correctly.
Saturday: I have found a bee sleeping in the tithonia more than once this week.
I just finished yesterday, it is a very *~*~atmospheric~*~* book. I liked it best when I was able to devote a couple hours at a time to getting absorbed.

Dumbest take about Riyadh Comedy is "everybody has a price." If the money is too good, that's scary as hell! If you find $20 on the street that rules. If you find $20k in a paper bag, you didn't see shit. If somebody offers 20% above your rate, awesome. If they offer 20x your rate YOU ARE IN DANGER.
