Ooh, I’ll have to try this, reading the books was a real slog for me.

ZR5K is what made me able to do my first (only) 5k, and it meant/means so much to me.

I haven’t been able to run for six years (bones nonsense), but I kept up my subscription in tribute. Listening to that message from Sam just has me in a mess of tears.

First outing on a knee scooter after ankle surgery. Walking to the pharmacy, hit a divot in the sidewalk going faster than I should have been, flew over the handlebars in a full somersault. Landed on the grass w/the bad leg gracefully in the air; the endorphin rush even killed my pain for an hour!

I messaged them in September of last year and they said Midway was “coming sooon!!!” Hmph.

True, but just because something could be worse doesn’t mean I can’t whine about it. ;)
