I hit the endgame point of Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate where I need to either hunt with others or get one-shot by most moves. I’m nearly 38 and don’t have the fortitude to spend the hours necessary to ‘git gud,’ so I think that’s the end of that adventure for me. Was a blast overall!

Tried Sora out just to experience it. The ability to craft a short from a prompt is novel from a technical point of view, but there’s no joy in the process. I’m not actually creating anything nor are any skills being improved in typing a prompt.
What’s the point if it’s not even fun to use?

Almost done. Once I get my airbrush stencils in the mail (because screw free-handing checker patterns) I can wrap up the final arm guard.

Alright folks, I've moved fully over to Apple Music. It took a bit to get the music discovery algorithm over there working for me, but now that I'm getting my elder-millennial, 2000's indie blog rock playing, I'm happy with it. Also the sound quality is higher, so that's a major perk.

This composition had eluded me for nearly a decade, but yesterday I was finally able to capture it. A train rolled through just as the Duquesne Incline was crossing over the tracks in #Pittsburgh, creating a picture perfect winter scene. It was worth the hours and hours I've waited over the years.
