So the idea that there are grown adult men out there with plenty money to buy whatever version they want but no friends to play with feel the need to get up and complain that there are too many flavors of ice cream on the menu is just sad. Cuz at that point they're just doing it for the attention.

One thing I will always love about Dungeons & Dragons is the versatility. Want something cute and twee and kid friendly? That's D&D. Want something that's hardcore fighting and fucking? That's D&D. Something in between? That's still D&D. As long as friends are having fun it's still D&D.

The extremely kid friendly Dungeons and Dragons cartoon that was heavily censored to the point where the characters weren't even allowed to have actual weapons like swords. Just sticks and a bow that shoots lasers.

Baldur's Gate 3 where you can have a full on orgy and Slaughter everything that moves

Ravenloft that completely ignores the standard dungeon crawling and dragons and just goes full on Gothic vampire theater. Also inspired Castlevania. Look it up.

Then there's The Queen of Spiders which.... ok I've never actually played but it's on my list.

This appears to be legitimate so I'll repost it.

WWE is now using AI storytelling and will use it more and more now that Paul Levesque is neglecting his duties to try to get into politics.

So far the best it has come up with is Bobby Lashley (now in AEW) becoming Tensai.

WWE has a contract with Writer AI, a platform which has already been fed WWE content.

Cyrus Kowsari was hired last month as the new Senior Director of Creative Strategy. He had previously been a Producer for Buzzfeed from 2016 to 2022 and for ONE, the MMA company, from 2022 until last month. He was introduced to the creative staff by Paul Levesque.

In introducing him, Levesque said that Kowsari would lead WWE’s transition to AI based story telling and integrate AI into creative services like video and graphics. He said that this shift is inevitable when it comes to creative in pro wrestling.

Kowsari said he would both manage AI storytelling and be a liaison to the White House as Levesque is taking on more duties in politics in some form.

Thus far the AI software has come up with what one person with knowledge of the situation called absurdly bad storylines. They pitched a storyline where Bobby Lashley, who the AI thought was still with the company, could come back as a wrestler who was obsessed with Japanese culture and history.

The feeling is once bugs are worked out that AI will begin to have major impact on storyline direction.

Another promotion previously tested out AI for creative help and suggestions and found it couldn’t understand pro wrestling and storylines.

You have only gone off the rails when you start imagining that games becoming inclusive is done to spite you, & that things were better when you could tell women their heroic fantasy had limits yours didn't.

It honestly is one of the better anime is to come out recently right up there with the Delicious and Dungeon one.

It's probably the best adaptation of video game logic for what a player does after they beat the big bad and decide to go on all the long side quests they didn't have time for.

Art friends: Here's a tip for getting rid of *a lot* of the AI slop in your Pinterest feed.

⭐Go into your account settings.
⭐Click the "Refine your recommendations" tab.
⭐Click the GenAI Interests subtab.
⭐TURN OFF EVERYTHING.

So far, my feed is *significantly* cleaner.
